План отбора проб и проверка условий окружающей среды
Производственное подразделение (или процесс контроля качества) выполняет полную проверку для проверки внешнего вида и проверки электрических характеристик, а для измерения размеров или специального контроля первая деталь каждой модели отбирается и тестируется 5 шт.
Единица контроля качества измеряет 5 штук для первого образца каждой модели и принимает план однократного отбора образцов для обычной проверки GB / —2012 для проверки внешнего вида, а общий уровень проверки - II.

Экзаменатору необходимо носить электростатическое кольцо и кроватку для восьми пальцев на обеих руках. Если это ЖК-дисплей без поляризатора, все пальцы должны носить кроватки для пальцев.
Экзаменатор может визуально проверить или сравнить с таблицей сравнения пленок.
Пожалуйста, обратитесь к образцу для электрического испытания с использованием испытательного приспособления и экрана дисплея.
Расстояние между глазами инспектора и изделием составляет 30-40 см. Угол обзора при осмотре составляет ± 15 градусов на передней поверхности вертикальной панели дисплея и ± 45 градусов на передней поверхности горизонтальной панели дисплея (см. Рисунок ниже).
Освещение окружающей среды: 800 ～ 1200 люкс для визуального контроля
Температура окружающей среды: 25 ± 5 ℃

(1) Определение точечных дефектов внутренних панелей.
a) Яркие точки: яркие точки постоянного размера появляются на ЖК-дисплее под черным узором.
б) Темные точки: на чисто красных, зеленых и синих изображениях на ЖК-дисплее появляются темные точки одинакового размера.
в) 2 соседних балла = 1 пара = 2 балла.
